Our Work with Schools

Bring vital life skills into your school. Practical learning with meaningful outcomes.

Our programmes, resources, and training equip young people with the skills and knowledge they need to learn to earn and manage their money.

Through engaging, relevant and practical activities, we bring enterprise and financial education to life, building knowledge, confidence, creativity, teamwork, and resilience.

All programmes map across to key areas of the National Curriculum in England, the Curriculum for Excellence in Scotland and the Curriculum for Wales and, depending on the nation, support the delivery of Citizenship, Mathematics, PSHE education, Business Studies, Health and Well-being, Humanities and Numeracy.

Our flexible approach enables schools to offer a broad and balanced curriculum that raises aspirations and supports young people to make informed choices about their future.

We provide teachers with curriculum-linked resources, including lesson plans, interactive tools, and activities which can be easily integrated into classroom teaching.

Our professional development and training opportunities support educators to confidently deliver effective enterprise and financial education.

Our programmes help schools meet the Gatsby Benchmarks and the Careers and Work-Related Experiences cross-cutting theme in Wales by linking learning to future careers and opportunities. They also contribute to Ofsted and Estyn priorities by supporting personal development and preparing students for further education, training, or employment.

Participation in our programmes is linked to better student outcomes: greater confidence, improved attendance, and stronger engagement and attitudes to learning.

"The best thing about taking part in Company Programme is the experience I have gained from working in a team. I enjoyed the process of planning different aspects of our product and watching it come to life as we put it all together. Watching our product sell out felt like a big achievement and made me feel so proud of our hard work."
