Money Heroes is an award-winning FREE programme from Young Enterprise, supported by HSBC UK, seeking to transform financial education for primary children or those at a learning age of 3-11.
Money Heroes is our largest primary financial education programme; supported by HSBC UK, we are seeking to transform Financial Education for primary age children in school, other education settings and at home.
Through a wide range of fun, engaging and high-quality resources, guidance and tools, together with free CPD-certified training and bespoke mentoring for teachers, Money Heroes offers a full package of support which aims to develop educators’ and parents’ confidence, knowledge, and skills in delivering financial education and developing children’s habits and attitudes around money.
Research shows that, on average, children begin to develop their financial habits by the age of seven; so the younger we can start improving children’s financial literacy the better.

Money Heroes are proud to have worked with BBC Children in Need to ensure that the programme is accessible for all. We recognise that teachers and parents are not always the key influencers in a child’s life, and so we have adapted our offer to increase accessibility for these children. By working with BBC Children in Need, we hope to reach children who may not otherwise receive financial education and make a difference to their futures.

During it’s first three years, we are delighted that Money Heroes has reached an impressive 465,136 young people, by working with over 2,500 schools & organisations, and supporting over 3,400 educators and 10,700 parents.
