Young Enterprise is proud to partner with Papa Johns UK for the first time this year.
As part of its global partnership with Junior Achievement, Papa Johns kindly donated a portion of its UK profits from The Shaq-A-Roni Pizza to Young Enterprise, Junior Achievement Worldwide’s UK branch whose charitable mission is empowering young people to reach their potential.
Papa Johns’ generous support enabled Young Enterprise to support over 1,100 young people from areas of deprivation across the UK to access much needed enterprise and financial capability education programmes.
Employee volunteers from Papa Johns also joined various Young Enterprise hands-on learning experiences in schools, and helped bring the world of work to life for young people.
Anita O’Hara, Director of Corporate Partnerships commented:
“We are incredibly grateful to Papa Johns for generously supporting us to reach more young people in areas of greatest need to fulfil their true potential. Our programmes develop the skills young people need to transition from education into employment, and help build both the confidence and mindset they need to thrive in whatever future career path they choose.”
Rebecca Carroll, UK Marketing Director at Papa Johns, said,
“We are thrilled to partner with Young Enterprise and contribute to their mission of empowering young people. At Papa Johns, we believe in the potential of our youth and are committed to investing in their future. Our contribution goes beyond financial support; as a marketing team, we are passionate about sharing our knowledge and experiences, which is why we volunteered to be part of Young Enterprise’s International Women’s Day event, championing women to inspire the next generation of female entrepreneurs. We are proud to see the impact of our partnership, helping over 1,100 young people develop essential skills.”
