LAUNCHPAD

Launch Pad is a day long, high impact engaging enterprise challenge. Students work alongside inspiring business volunteers who support students to discover more about themselves and develop key skills which are valued in the workplace.

Delivered by our fully trained and safeguarded Area Managers, our other classroom programmes offer a wide range of small group work and practical activities which are facilitated throughout the day.

Employability Masterclass provides an opportunity for students to learn from local employers about the skills and qualities that are required to be successful in the workplace.
Learn to Earn explores themes such as personal skills and talents, career choices, salaries, earnings, income tax, the cost of living, financial planning and budgeting.
